How do I know that you are a legitimate business?

We, Pavlos SKG,  have been in this business for well over 15 years and have formed a fantastic relationship with our customers and suppliers. We have customers all over Greece and Cyprus. We are also well known in Europe and are receiving requests by European customers who are trying to find specific poducts of ours. These requests guided us to create as an effort to offer our products globally.

We display our full address and contact details, including phone numbers. If you are still in doubt, you may contact us during the office hours of 9am - 6pm (GMT+02:00), Monday-Friday and a member of staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

How secure are my credit card details?

We pride ourselves on a second-to-none security system, as provided by security experts 'COMODO', which use military-standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology to ensure that your personal information is transferred to us safely. Our payment gateway is provided by an official Bank Institution. At no point do we see your card details and we do not have access to them. They are stored on a secure server and are encrypted for your protection.

Can I view the price of items in a different currency?

Unfortunately, no! But customers who are from non-European countries can only view the price in EUROs and when they actually place their order the amount debited will be in their local currency. We decided not to provide other currencies since EURO is broadly used currency and almost everyone can easily calculate the price to a local currency.

Can I cancel my order?

Providing you contact us before your order is dispatched and ideally as soon as possible after making the order, you should be able to cancel your order without a problem. To do this, email or phone us with your order number to hand. If the order is still being processed, we will cancel the order for you. If it has already been dispatched there is nothing we can do. You may refer to our returns policy for the next stage.

How long will it take you to answer my email?

We endeavour to respond to any emails we have been sent within 24 hours. Due to the large volume of emails we receive on a daily basis, a response may sometimes take a little longer to come back to you but we do answer any emails we receive as soon as possible. Please rest assured that we read every single email we receive.

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with for a refund/exchange?

If you wish to return an item for any reason you can do so, but you must first confirm that this is possible by contacting Pavlos SKG by phone, fax, email or post. Any goods returned to us without prior consent are sent back to you at your cost.

You must ensure that you return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a new or unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items but the shipping is non-refundable.
What can I do if I have received a faulty/damaged product?

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. Please note that our return policy also applies.

What can I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password and need to retrieve it, simply click on the 'Forgot your password?' under the 'Sign In' button. This will display a page with a box in which you need to enter the email address you registered your account with. Once this is done, click on the 'Continnue' button and an email containing your password will be sent to you. You can then log back into your account.
